One of the biggest reasons we chose a camp wedding was so we could spend more time with the people we love. Because the weekend is intentionally designed as an all-inclusive camp experience, we haven't arranged hotel blocks elsewhere. Accommodations, meals, activities, and weekend events are all part of the overnight stay. If camp living isn't quite your style, we'll be sad to miss you for all the other festivites but look forward to celebrating with you just for the wedding on Sunday!

Think summer camp...but for grown-ups.
Guests staying overnight will sleep in thoughtfully assigned shared cabins with a small group of fellow campers. We promise—we're putting a lot of care into cabin assignments, and each cabin has plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home.
The best part? These cabins are incredibly flexible. Single beds can be pushed together to create larger beds for couples, and shelves can be rearranged to create cozy little nooks and add a bit of privacy. Lean into the adventure and make your corner of camp your own!
Each cabin shares a bathroom with multiple private toilet stalls, several showers, and plenty of sinks. If your cabin prefers, you're welcome to coordinate shower times—otherwise, camp etiquette usually takes care of itself.
Fresh sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets will all be waiting for you. October in the Catskills can be beautifully unpredictable, so we recommend packing layers. Cabins can be heated if needed, but if you're always cold, bring your favorite sweatshirt or cozy pajamas. We won't judge.
No bunk beds. No roughing it. Just a fun excuse to spend a weekend living like it's camp again!

Gone are the days of the terrifying communal bathhouse in the woods. Our cabins are equipped with their own private toilets and showers, complete with hot water, sinks, and mirrors. Don't forget to pack shower shoes, if you want, and a toiletry bag with all your necessities, including hair dryers/curling irons! The bathrooms are supplied with hand soap and toilet paper.
-
Yes. The cabins have standard electrical outlets. However, remember that these are camp cabins, so if 10 people try to run 10 hair dryers at the same time, we might trip a breaker! We recommend you bring the tools you like best so you have them all with you on site.
-
No need to pack your old sleeping bag. We will be providing full linen bundles for everyone staying on-site, including sheets, blankets, a pillow, and towels. However, if you run cold or have a favorite heavy blanket, you are absolutely welcome to bring it along so you stay as cozy as you need.
-
October in the Catskills likes to keep us guessing! Days can be beautifully warm, while mornings and evenings might cool off, so layers are your best friend.
Think comfy clothes for camp activities, cozy layers for campfires, a nicer moment for the Welcome BBQ/Rehearsal Dinner, comfortable shoes for exploring camp, and your sexy wedding attire (plus a light jacket or wrap, just in case). If you're staying overnight, we'd also recommend packing warm pajamas, a favorite sweatshirt, and thick socks if you tend to run cold.
We'll have plenty of blankets available, and our goal is to keep everyone cozy so you can focus on being present, not the forecast.
-
Pack for a little bit of everything! October in the Catskills can be beautifully unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers, comfortable clothes for camp activities, cozy pieces for campfires and late-night hangs, comfortable shoes for walking on grass and camp paths, and your nice wedding attire (plus a jacket or wrap for the outdoor ceremony). If you're staying overnight, don't forget your toiletries, any medications, warm pajamas, thick socks if you tend to run cold, and your favorite sweatshirt or flannel. Fresh sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets will all be provided, so there's no need to pack those.
One camp-specific tip: cabins have electricity, but outlets are somewhat limited. If you're planning on styling your hair before the wedding, be prepared to share outlet space with your cabinmates. A little camp teamwork goes a long way!
-
While camp will be exclusively ours for the weekend, the cabins don't have individual safes. We recommend leaving valuable items (expensive jewelry, large amounts of cash, or anything you'd be heartbroken to lose) at home, or locking them securely in your car if you choose to bring them.
-
Our dress code for the main event is really whatever makes you feel the sexiest, most comfortable, and most elegant. This isn’t a black-tie event, but we do want to encourage our guests to lean into the wedding spirit and dress in a way you feel confident! We may be celebrating at a sleepaway camp, but leave your sweats & t-shirts at home for the wedding itself.
Ladies: stilettos/spike heels will not be your friend, as you will be navigating grass, dirt paths, and gravel. We strongly recommend block heels, wedges, boots, or dressy flats so you don't sink into the lawn!
-
No, invitations are limited to those named on your invite. Coordinating cabin assignments means we have to keep our guest list strictly to those directly named on the invitation.
-
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding weekend an adults-only getaway. We hope this advance notice means you can still join us and enjoy a kid-free weekend at camp!
-
We've got you covered! Your overnight stay includes all meals from Saturday's Welcome BBQ through Monday's Farewell Breakfast, plus plenty of snacks, treats, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic drinks throughout the weekend. You definitely won't go hungry (or thirsty!).
That said, if there's a favorite late-night snack, morning coffee, or specialty beverage you simply can't live without, feel free to BYO. We fully support having your creature comforts along for the adventure.
-
Service in the mountains is generally notoriously spotty. Depending on your carrier, you may have zero bars once you hit the camp gates, but there is reliable WiFi in specific areas of camp if you absolutely need to check in on the real world. With that, we hope you'll use the weekend as an excuse to unplug!
-
We'll have plenty of optional activities throughout the weekend (think pickleball, tennis, lawn games, arts & crafts, yoga, campfires, and whatever other fun we dream up, weather dependent). You don't need to be sporty, competitive, or even remotely good at any of it. The point isn't to win. It's simply to play and have fun!
If your perfect weekend involves joining every activity, amazing! We LOVE this kind of energy and desire it! If it involves sleeping until noon, reading on the porch, or sipping coffee while cheering everyone else on, that's equally great. We just hope you'll spend some time hanging out with us somewhere along the way.
-
Camp is pretty contained, but there are parts that are spread out, so you will be walking on grass, dirt roads, and gravel pathways between the cabins, dining hall, and ceremony site. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know when you RSVP! We can ensure your cabin is centrally located, and the camp has golf carts to help transport guests who need assistance.
-
We are crossing our fingers for crisp, beautiful October weather (put out all the good vibes, please!), but we have a fully indoor backup plan just in case. The camp has beautiful indoor spaces (a movie theater, too!), so the ceremony, reception, and all meals will stay completely dry. If it makes you feel better, you can pack an umbrella or a rain jacket for walking between buildings!
-
You bet! We don’t have a curfew, as camp is exclusively ours, so once the main wedding reception wraps up, we will be transitioning to the canteen and a late-night campfire to keep the celebration going for those guests staying on-site!
-
Life happens—we totally get it! If you need to arrive after activities have started or head out before the weekend officially wraps up, that's absolutely okay. Just let us know on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly (and know when to expect you!).
-
Absolutely! We hope you make your bunk feel like home for the weekend. Throw a sweatshirt over the bed, bring a favorite blanket or pillow, hang some photos, string up battery-powered fairy lights—just keep everything temporary and leave the cabin exactly as you found it. And please, no candles or open flames!
-
Perfect—you'll fit right in. One of the biggest reasons we chose a camp wedding was to create opportunities for people to actually meet one another instead of only chatting during cocktail hour. We'll intentionally arrange activities, cabin assignments, meals, and hangout time, so don't be surprised if you leave with a few new favorite people.
-
Of course! Once you've checked in, you're welcome to come and go as needed. We just ask that you be mindful of scheduled events and let us know if you'll be away during a meal or activity we're expecting you for.
-
Yes. We would never do that to you.
Coffee (and tea!) will be available each morning and all weekend because we, too, are functioning adults.
-
If you'd like to celebrate us with a gift, we've created a registry and honeymoon fund linked here. Thank you for helping us begin married life together!
-
Please let us know on your RSVP! We'll do our very best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. If we have any follow-up questions, we'll reach out directly.
-
We'll have plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available all weekend, so there is absolutely no expectation to bring your own. That said, if there's a favorite bottle, craft beer, or special beverage you'd love to enjoy with your cabinmates around the campfire, feel free!
-
Yep! There is plenty of free parking available at camp.
-
If you're a champion snorer (or a particularly light sleeper), let us know on your RSVP! We'll take everyone's sleep preferences into account as we make cabin assignments.
